Charlie Forcucci is a graduate from the University of Florida with dual degrees in Finance & Marketing. After graduation he moved to San Diego where he became an Investment Specialist obtaining Series 7 and Series 63 Security Licensure. Growing up in a real estate family, he felt that it would be very beneficial for him to bring his investing expertise back home to work in real estate. Charles Forcucci joined his family Maria and Chuck Forcucci and was instrumental in creating "Team Forcucci" who are now one of the most successful real estate teams in South Florida. They have achieved the coveted "Legends Award" from Prudential Florida WCI Realty, an award that represents the Top 1% of Realtors in the Nation.
